2. Subscription Plans

VeggieLens offers the following subscription options:

• Free Tier: 10 scans per month plus 1 daily scan after monthly limit is reached
• Premium Tier: Unlimited scans with no restrictions
• Rewarded Ads: Optional ads to earn additional free scans

All payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated results provided by VeggieLens are "best-effort predictions" based on image analysis. These results should not replace professional dietary advice or medical consultation. Users are encouraged to verify ingredients independently for critical dietary decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, user interface elements, and branding associated with VeggieLens belong to AuraX. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use app content without explicit written permission.

5. Service Termination

AuraX reserves the right to terminate user access to VeggieLens for violations of these terms of use or for any conduct deemed harmful to the service or other users.

6. Terms Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
